How long does the solar panel take?

Longer than you want. A 2W panel against a 10,000mAh cell means many days of good sun to fill it from empty, and that is before cloud and angle. Charge it from USB and use the solar to hold it topped up or to claw back a partial charge in the field.

Is it really waterproof?

It is water resistant. The rubber cover and port flaps handle rain and spray. Do not submerge it, do not leave it in standing water, and dry the port flaps before opening them.

How many phone charges is 10,000mAh?

Roughly two full charges for a typical phone, sometimes a little more, sometimes less. Every bank loses some capacity to conversion, so treat the figure as the cell rating rather than what comes out of the USB port.

Can I fly with it?

Power banks go in carry-on baggage, never checked, and airlines have their own limits. A 10,000mAh bank is comfortably inside the usual allowances, but check with your airline.
