A knurled aluminium zoom torch with a large convex lens, a mode switch mid-body and a USB port alongside it. The supplier describes it as a combined light and charger, so the same battery that lights the path can put charge back into a phone.
Two things go flat on a long night: the torch and the phone. Putting them on one battery is a reasonable trade, and the reason to carry this rather than a plain torch is the port on the side, not the beam.
What you're getting
Zoom lens, wide to narrow
A deep convex lens slides in the head. Pushed out it throws a tight column; pulled back it floods the ground in front of you.
A USB port and a mode switch
Both sit in a recessed panel on the barrel, out of the way of your grip. The mode button cycles the light; the port is what makes this different from every other zoom torch.
Knurled aluminium body
A machined aluminium barrel with deep knurling, which is what you want when your hands are cold or wet. It also sheds heat better than a plastic body on high.
Built for the truck and the tent
Water resistant and pocket-sized. It is the torch for roadside work, night-time camp jobs and power cuts, which is exactly where a dead phone is also a problem.

Does it charge my phone, or only itself?
The product name and our supplier copy both describe it as a charger as well as a light, and there is a USB port on the barrel. What is not documented anywhere is the port's direction and the cell capacity. Ask us before ordering if power-bank output is the reason you want it and we will confirm with the supplier.
How much charge does it hold?
No capacity figure is documented, so we are not putting one here. Treat any power-bank function as an emergency top-up rather than a full charge.
Is it waterproof?
Water resistant, not waterproof. Rain and splashes are fine; submersion is not, and the port cover is the weak point.
How bright is it?
